Absolut wins an invitation to tender among Bologna- and Milan-based Agencies for the organization, the development of the visual concept and the management of the visual communication of the national convention of GrandVision, multinational company which manages about 500 sales points in Italy of the former Avanzi, Solaris and Optissimo brands.

The visual concept: the heart of the message

Theme of the event is the satisfaction of the “internal” customer (intended as the colleagues with whom one collaborates) and of the “external” one, the consumer. Absolut develops the concept “100% SatisfAction”: an icon e and a communication path linking satisfaction to action, to actual facts and behaviours, and which immediately recalls on the visual plan GrandVision’s company logo.

The Agency then studies an iconography which recalls the visual character of GrandVision’s logo, which becomes a microphone and “speaks” of its objectives and values, megaphone to affirm the results achieved; when these results are such as to create satisfaction in themselves, they are “SatisFacts&Figures”.

Passion and care for the detail, for an event to remember

Absolut takes care of the event format. It finds a charming location for the first day, a beautiful historical mansion immersed into the green of Bologna’s hinterland, capable of hosting the about 550 participants, and a big Convention Centre for the second day. The agency manages with the client the Organizational Secretary, taking care of every aspect: location, services, events inside the event, hospitality, reception, logistics for the participants. It ensures the audio and video technical direction, coordinates in every moment all the people involved: testimonials, technical services, catering, hostesses, and the photographers who capture the most significant moments of the convention. Every detail is cared for with extreme attention, answering in the most thorough and satisfactory way to the needs of the client and of every guest.

To engage the public, Absolut designs and manages some moments of digital and social engagement, like single and group photo shots with emoticons and statuses, then published on the event’s social wall, a channel to share opinions, thoughts and emotions, and entertaining digital graphics effects, thus involving all the target audience.
