We give voice (and hashtags) to the Italian Organic and Natural Fair

For SANA, the leading trade fair in Italy in the sector of organic and natural products, we have implemented a multi-year collaboration with BolognaFiere in the area of content production and relations with the media, with companies and organizations in the sector, and with institutional subjects and stakeholders.
We also take care of the creation and editing of contents on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and we are the engine of the “live non-stop media” during the event from within the Exhibition Center: alongside the Management of BolognaFiere and all participants in the review.

Public success and media attention

SANA achieved great success with the public and exhibitors (about 35,000 visitors and 850 exhibitors, 52,000 square meters of exhibition space), and a very considerable following from the media. The media review of the event, including news programs, other television programs, national newspapers and periodicals, web and online publications, exceeds 1,000 pages.

Web goes “green” … and social

Important results also for the social channels: the Facebook profile reaches 24,000 fans (+ 45% in two editions) – surpassing all Italian and international competitors – and an average of 130,000 daily users. Instagram has over 6,000 followers and 100,000 views. 4,600 Twitter followers (+ 15% in two editions), with 200,000 total views, and the official hashtag entered among the national trend topics during the days of the Fair.

#SANA30th: a photographic challenge to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary

We also conceived the Instagram Challenge # SANA30th, organized in collaboration with the Instagrammers Italia community: users have the task of capturing the preparations for an ideal birthday party, naturally and organically, in one click
An extremely rewarding initiative: with 1,600 photos taking part, and the presence of accredited influencers, it further contributes to the success of the event’s social channels.

30 years of SANA: video story of a success

For the 30th edition of the event, we are producing an institutional video and three dedicated to the product sectors of the event. Spread on social channels, and projected during the Fair, they tell the key role of SANA in the Italian organic and natural sector.

The Green Lifestyle: the many faces of sustainable living

As the commercial secretariat, we take care of the development and positioning of SANA’s Green Lifestyle sector, segmenting the exhibition offer into six segments: Home & Office, Mom & Kids, Clothing & Textile, Pet & Garden, Hobby & Sport, and Travel & Wellness.
Thanks to the strengthening of communication and commercial activities, the sector is growing both in terms of surface occupied (+ 20%), and in terms of the quality of the exhibition offer and the layout of the showcase.
