The digital to return to discussing adult education

With the annual event Fierida, RIDAP, a network of provincial centers for adult education, organizes a meeting and discussion at a national level dedicated to the state of the art and the prospects of adult education in Italy. We at Absolut have the task of organizing and promoting the first entirely digital edition of the exhibition at a communicative level, planned after a year of forced stop due to the outbreak of the pandemic.

Everything starts from the image

Our work begins with the development of the coordinated image of the event, in line with that of past editions, and the creation of various promotional tools, including save the date, posters, program of the exhibition, invitations, and banners functional to promote the initiative in a coordinated and coherent manner on the various channels used.

The organization to warm up the engines

These first activities are followed and integrated by those functional to the management of the organizational secretariat of an event lasting three days which, in addition to contemplating two plenary sessions of opening and closing, is divided into dozens of initiatives proposed by the various members of the network. Among other things, we take care of coordination with the scientific secretariat, support for the management of participant registrations, contacts with the speakers, and the production of the final certificates.

An impeccable and very successful direction

We arrive at the three days, and we take care of the technical direction of the two plenary sessions. Opening, in the presence of the Minister of Education Patrizio Bianchi, and closing, for a total of six hours of live broadcasts full of interventions and interactions between participants and with virtual spectators, for whom we carry out animation and moderation work. The two digital events broadcast on social media, recording 3,000 views on YouTube. A number that grows further in the following weeks.

The network to power the network

The complete recordings of the opening and closing sessions are an important legacy of the event, because they continue to be followed, as already anticipated, and in this way, they feed the mechanisms of exchange, sharing and systemization of knowledge for a network created precisely for these purposes. A network that, also thanks to the network, grows and becomes more and more authoritative, varied, and experienced.
